  Features  

• it is coposed of pot body, lid, blender, electric oil heating clip tube, bearing and gear, seal equipment, oil spill trough
• it is installed with electric heating rods, temperature measurement. Due to the different production process and  operation environment, generally there are mixing forms such as anchored, pulp type, turbine type, push, or box type.pressure measurement table。
• There are hanging bearing block and the supportting type .Because of the different production process and operating conditions, electric heated reactor specifications are different. The actual situation can be customized according to the customer!
• Anchor style, frame style, oar style and turbo style.
• The rotation mechanism adopts cycloid needle-wheel decelerator and non-pele shift decelerator
• The seal device adopts mechanical seal,
• The heating or cooling adopts the nip-sheath structure,
• Steam -heating, electric heating,
• Motors: acid proof, alkali proof, high-temperature    proof, abrasion proof, and erosion proof etc.
• We can design according to the requirement of customer

Power Supply:  380V, 50/60Hz (Can be customized)

Materials:  The part contacting with materials is SS304 or SS316L.

Seal: Dual End Mechanical Seal (Pressure Balance Device is optional.

Clip kit placed HTF It is heated by electric heating rod In the jacket, there are take over holes of oil taking, oil expelling, overflow measurement, shorting and electric rods, temperature etc. There is welding bearing outof the jacket, and a mout leak in the bottom of body.
