Colloid Mill

Application

It is applied to pharmaceutical, food, chemical and other industries for the wet material grinding ultrafine; the colloid mill also can crush, emulsify, homogenize and mix the variety of semi-fluid and emulsion material. Simultaneously, the main technical indicators have reached the advanced level of similar products in the world.

Working principle

Through the relative movement of different geometry of the stator and the rotor in high-speed, then through shear, grinding, the high frequency vibration and get broken. Break room with three grinding zone, level for coarse grinding zone, the second for fine grinding zone, 3 for superfine grinding zone, through the adjustment of the stator clearance, can effectively meet the ultrastructure of broken once (also can circulation processing).
